In this day and age we live a high stress lifestyle. From constant rushing from one to another meeting, traffic, high expectations as well as injuries, we tend to not allow our bodies and minds to come to rest. This can pull you out of alignment, physically as well as energetically.

 

This may show as tension in your body, constant or reoccurring lower back pain, feeling uncomfortable when out and about for long periods and relying on pain relief.

 

Let's change this, today. Our Pathway to Realignment is designed to support you, your body and  nervous system, to release tension from the root and thus to restore alignment, not just manage symptoms. Over a period of 12 sessions, spread tailored to your individual need, we will use specific relaxation tools to bring you ease, comfort, and relaxation into your body.

Initial Assessment & Reset

​​We begin with a 75-minute session designed to understand your body and your story.

You can expect an in-depth consultation, a postural and tension assessment, leg length analysis, your first relaxation session. 

 

There is no pressure to commit to the full pathway; this session is designed to give you a first-hand to experience of our sessions. Clients choosing the full 12-session pathway receive their assessment session complimentary.

12 session Pathway

The body responds best to consistent, supportive care.

 

This twelve sessions provide the structure needed for lasting change. Frequency and focus are individually tailored based on how your body responds. 

​

Each session has elements of in-depth check-in, a postural and tension assessment, leg length analysis, relaxation session for which I may bring different elements of neuromuscular relaxation, meditation or energy healing all based on how you are feeling that day and what you need most. 

​

Each session lasts about 50-60 minutes and sessions are spread over 5 to 6 month.

CHI Healing

Energetic alignment for body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll complete the Mañana Competence test, based on the work of Maja Storch and Günther Frank, to uncover your unique relaxation style. This evidence-based approach helps you identify what truly works for you, so you can build a sustainable, personalized toolkit for stress relief.
